Operational & Clinical Support Manager – Mental Health

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Chesterfield is looking for an RMN Grade 6 for a 12-month fixed-term or secondment. The role is 37.5 hours per week across Chesterfield, Killamarsh, Bolsover and Clay Cross, with a mix of operational and clinical duties.

You will support workforce coordination, performance monitoring, quality improvement, incidents, complaints, and service pressures while working with clinical leads and admin teams.
