Impactful Staff Wellbeing Counsellor – Band 6 (Northampton)

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking Counsellors to join the 14 Arches team in Northampton. The role involves delivering short term counselling to NHS staff, leading wellbeing groups, and providing initial assessments for complex cases.
