Head of Metal Fabrication Ops (4-Day Week)

Verteer Consulting in Stockport is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day production across CNC operations, sheet metal fabrication, assembly and deliveries. You will report to the Production Director and manage a team of about 15, with authority to lead the department and implement improvements.

This role focuses on improving production performance, accountability and流 ensuring work moves efficiently from order handover to dispatch.
