Regional Repairs Team Lead: Awaab’s Law Implementation

MTVH is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a newly established team of administrators supporting Phase 2 of Awaab’s Law. You will coach staff, manage case work and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across damp and mould, repairs and compliance areas.

You will work with operational managers and regional teams to maintain responsive customer outcomes and support the programme rollout. Strong leadership, communication and data quality focus are essential.
