Regional Head of Unpaid Work Delivery

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting a Head of Unpaid Work to lead service delivery and sentence management across a defined geographic area. You will steer resources, ensure high quality placements, and drive improvements in outcomes to reduce reoffending while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will build relationships with local partners, secure funding where needed, and lead a team to deliver a robust, scalable Unpaid Work program across Kent, Surrey and Sussex with hybrid working
