Civils Team Leader — Drainage & Field Ops

Adler & Allan in Ipswich is seeking a Civils Team Leader IMR to oversee on-site drainage and civil works, coordinating operatives and engineers to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality workmanship. You will be accountable to the Supervisor and lead small teams, ensuring safety protocols, accurate reporting and strong customer liaison.

You will work on a 1-4 on-call rota over a 7-day cycle, hold a CSCS card and a full UK driving licence, and travel between sites.
