Compassionate Complex-Care Support Worker | Driver Needed

Ourway Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one, person-centred care for a young man with brain injury, epilepsy and wheelchair dependency. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support therapy programs, accompany outings and ensure safety and wellbeing in daily life.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, flexibility for day and night shifts, and a warm, positive, patient approach.
