Youth Residential Support Worker – Day Shifts + Training

Progressive Independence Limited is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for day shifts with no sleep-ins to support children and young people with emotional, social and practical needs. You will work a structured 3-3-1 pattern, providing consistent care and helping residents build independence.

The role requires a minimum of 15 months in children’s residential care, a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or related field, and an Enhanced DBS.
