Senior Residential Support Worker: Life Skills Lead

Five Rivers Child Care is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our new supported accommodation home in Salisbury, Wiltshire. You will guide young people aged 16+ toward independence, supporting them with daily tasks, schoolwork and life skills, while applying trauma-informed practices to ensure safe, compassionate care.

A Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent is required. You’ll work about 39 hours weekly with 2–3 sleep-ins paid at £50 each; a full UK driving
