EMEA Revenue Ops Lead – Expansion & Scale

Sigma in London is seeking an EMEA Revenue Operations Manager to orchestrate expansion across Europe with sales leaders across the region. You will design systems, cadences and plans enabling scale across markets and time zones.

You will own the operating rhythms, multi-country forecasting and pricing, and build AI-native workflows to reduce manual work while maintaining rigorous governance. This is a hands-on, advisory role with direct exposure to senior leadership.
