North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Older Adults South Home Treatment Team, delivering functional assessments in patients’ own homes and guiding adaptations and supports to promote independence.
The post holder will also perform generic mental health assessments and contribute to safe decision-making for high-risk cases, supporting flow through home treatment pathways.
