Deputy Estates Project Lead – Refurbishment & Improvements

UCS College Group is seeking a deputy to the Group Estates Project Manager to provide hands-on project management and coordination across the estates capital and improvement programme.

Based at Bridgwater College, you will independently manage an agreed portfolio of smaller and medium-complexity refurbishment, minor works, maintenance and improvement projects from brief through to handover and defects close-out, with travel to Taunton, Cannington and Strode as required.
