Health & Safety Lead (Deputy) – Multi-Site

Portland Charity is seeking an experienced Deputy Health and Safety Manager to support robust compliance across our multi-site organisation. You will work with the Area Health and Safety Manager to drive improvements while ensuring operations meet legislative requirements.

You will lead training, develop risk assessments and monitor safety data, contributing to audits and external inspections. The role requires flexibility to travel between sites and a proactive approach to safety.
