Senior Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing & Retrofit Lead (Hybrid)

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a small commercial team on social housing retrofit projects across the Midlands. The role combines office, site visits and some home-based work, with a focus on accurate cost evaluation for fire protection, insulation and related works.

You will manage monthly CVR, cash flow forecasts and subcontractor payments, while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships. A UK driving licence and solid IT skills are essential.
