Senior Pastoral & SEND Care Leader

Witherslack Group Ltd is seeking a Pastoral Manager at Queensmead House School near Windsor. You will lead a team to support young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs, including ASC, ADHD or SEMH, delivering high-quality pastoral care and individualised programmes for each pupil.

You’ll work closely with families, safeguarding frameworks, and multi‑agency partners to plan and monitor progress, while developing staff through supervision, appraisals and PBS approaches.
