Front Door Adult Social Worker – Care Act Assessments

Charles Hunter Associates are seeking an Experienced Adult’s Social Worker to join a Front Door Team in the London Area. You will carry out timely, person-centred assessments and determine eligibility for care and support under the Care Act, working with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies.

The role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of three years’ post-qualifying experience (English local authority).
