Level 3 TA Apprentice – Earn While You Learn (Leeds)

Engage Education is recruiting a Trainee Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprentice in Leeds, starting September 2026, with a full-time contract and paid training. Earn while you learn as you develop classroom skills in a welcoming Primary School setting.

You will gain a Level 3 TA qualification (CACHE), with mentoring and strong progression opportunities to Level 4 HLTA, plus school-based training and DBS application support. No experience required beyond the right attitude.
