Western Europe Demand & Forecasting Lead

LEGO Group is seeking a Customer Planning Manager to build accurate demand and sales forecasts for Amazon across nine Western European markets. You will translate insights into actionable plans, lead the monthly planning cycle and identify risks and opportunities against targets.

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of October 2027, based in our London Hub or Grasbrunn near Munich, with a hybrid model: three days in the office and up to two days remotely. Relocation isn’t offered.
