Director, Special Situations M&A — Distressed Deals (London)

Kroll is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to help grow its Special Situations M&A practice in London. You will operate at the intersection of corporate finance and restructuring, lead high-profile assignments, and develop client relationships across accelerated sales, distressed M&A, carve-outs and related special situations.

You will work with owners, lenders, sponsors and investors to drive complex transactions, manage multiple live deals, and help shape a growing UK platform
