Chapter 2 is seeking an experienced P&C Consultant to lead a major consultation for a UK client moving to a new operating model. You will plan, run and oversee both individual and collective consultation, guiding leaders and employees while ensuring fairness, compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements include hands-on collective consultation experience in the last two years and strong knowledge of UK employment law, with a proven track record in change and restructure work.
