National Hybrid Affordable Homes Development Lead

Galliford Try Investments (GTI) is expanding its Development Management team to deliver 1,200 new affordable homes by 2030. We seek an experienced Development Manager to source, secure, and deliver high-quality affordable housing across the UK, collaborating with Directors and sector leads.

You will identify sites, secure partnerships, and manage bids from inception to completion, coordinating internal teams and design partners to ensure timely delivery and successful planning outcomes.
