Chief of Staff to CEO – Scale & Strategy Leader

Scope is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO on building and scaling Scope. You’ll improve how our teams operate, help us hire and develop exceptional people, and own projects across company strategy and operations.

You’ll have substantial autonomy and be expected to identify problems, challenge decisions and take work through to completion. The role will involve periods of high intensity work and substantial travel.
