Senior Practitioner – Children’s Social Care Lead

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to lead a team of Social Workers and Child Practitioners, manage highly complex caseloads, and drive high-quality practice.

You will provide coaching, mentoring and supervision, undertake statutory assessments, chair safeguarding meetings, and contribute to continuous service improvement within the Cambridgeshire County Council’s practice framework and the Big 6.
