ITOperationsManager-WhatYou’llbeDoingEachDay:
- AssistHeadofITinmanagingtheLondonBranch’sITfunctions,withaparticularfocusonIToperationsandmaintenance.PrimarilyresponsibleforITinfrastructure,systemandnetworkoperationsandmaintenance,productionoperationsmanagement,andrelatedinformationsecurityactivities,ensuringthesecure,stable,andefficientoperationoftheBranch’sITenvironment..
- Managetheday-to-dayoperationandmaintenanceoftheBranch’sITinfrastructure.
- Managenetworkandcoresystemoperationsandmaintenance.
- ImplementHO’sIToperationsandmaintenancemanagementrequirements.
- ManageITchanges,incidents,andproblems.
- Participateindisasterrecovery,emergencyresponse,andbusinesscontinuitymanagement.
- SupportLondonBranchemployeeswithITrequirementstoensuretheyhavetherighttechnologyandsupportfortheirday-to-daywork.
- Assisttosupportbranch’sinformationsecurityworkandsafeguardbranch’snetworkagainstcybersecurityevents.
- CoordinatewithITvendorsandthird-partytechnicalserviceproviders.
- SupporttheimplementationoftheBranch’sITprojects.
- AssisttoresearchnewtechnologyandsupportthetransferofdigitalizationinLondonbranch.
- Inadditiontotheseduties,theEmployeemayfromtimetotimeberequiredtoundertakeadditionalorotherdutieswithinhis/hercapacityasnecessarytomeettheneedsofthebank’sbusiness.
ITOperationsManager-Theskillsyouneedtosucceed:
- FluentinbothMandarinandEnglish.
- Degreeholderaminimumrequirement;withmajorinComputingand/orEngineeringrelatedfields.
- SolidworkexperienceinIToperations,maintenance,andsecurity,withagoodunderstandingofenterprise-levelITinfrastructureandnetworkenvironments.
- Independentproblemsolvingability,withtheabilitytoindependentlyresolvecommonissuesrelatingtoservers,networks,endpoints,andassociatedinfrastructure,aswellasquicklyidentifyrootcauses,coordinateresources,anddriveissueresolutionduringmajorincidentsoremergencies.
- Keentolearnnewskillsandtechnology.
- Preferablewithprojectmanagementexperience.
- KnowledgeandexperienceonInformationSecurityandCybersecuritywillbeabonus.
- FamiliarwithVMWareinfrastructureandWindows/Linuxoperatingsystemadministration(and/ornetworkengineering)willbeabonus.
