The role involves providing pragmatic legal advice to a diverse client base ranging from startups to global corporations and streamers.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Qualified lawyer with technical strength in commercial law.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the creative industries (film, TV, theatre).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and negotiating rights acquisition and development agreements across film, television, and theatre.
• Advising on chain of title issues.
• Assisting production companies and SVOD platforms with day‑to‑day production matters, including cast/crew and location agreements.
• Handling financing and structuring work for production companies and financiers.
• Advising on distribution, licensing, and exploitation arrangements for film, TV, stage, and live events.
