Publications Manager

Invictus UK 2027 is seeking an organised, proactive Publications Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of publications and designed communications for the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.

The Role

Own the organisation-wide publications pipeline, working across Communications, Marketing, Digital and Partnerships, and manage graphic design resource and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the organisation-wide publications pipeline, deadlines, workflows and approvals
• Coordinate copywriting, proofreading, design, approvals and final production
• Manage graphic design resource and work with external agencies on more complex creative requirements
• Deliver spectator, partner and volunteer communications, campaigns and Games-time content

• Organised and proactive, with strong collaboration skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and bring structure to a busy environment
• Confident working across a complex organisation

Key Details

• Location: Birmingham office, with hybrid working available
• Contract: full time, fixed term to 31 October 2027
