Compliance & Recruitment Administrator (Education)

The Prospero Group is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer – Recruitment to join our Manchester team. You will verify candidate compliance, conduct right-to-work, DBS, references and employment history checks, and maintain accurate records to support a smooth recruitment process.

In this role you’ll follow established processes, support candidates through the recruitment journey, and contribute to safeguarding across our education sector assignments.
