The Mill at Kingham, part of The Bamford Collection, is recruiting a Head of Membership to shape a new membership proposition and cultural experiences ahead of its 2028 opening.

Based at Daylesford Farm office until opening, you will define strategy, attract founding members, build a community, and lead a dedicated membership and events team to drive growth, retention and revenue across a premium hospitality setting.
