Group Contracts Lead – Compliance & Growth

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Group Contracts Manager to join the business development team at the head office in Swinderby, near Lincoln. The role focuses on managing and developing contracting arrangements for all service users, in partnership with the BD director, group homes development manager, and operations and finance teams.

You will ensure contracts reflect any regulatory changes and are resolved in line with current legislation, providing robust contract governance across the group.
