Housing Compliance Investigator — Apprenticeship Path

East Suffolk Council is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join the Safe Suffolk Renters team. You will support private sector housing, pro-actively improve property conditions, and carry out data-led investigations while managing your own caseload.

You will study an 18-month Level 4 Regulatory Compliance apprenticeship with CSA, travel across the district in your own vehicle, and work 37 hours per week on a fixed-term contract of 21 months.
