Fairhive Homes Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Business Manager – Repairs to lead the delivery of our responsive repairs service. You will manage in-house trades and external contractors, driving high standards, value for money and a strong resident focus.

The role requires operational leadership, budget oversight, KPI monitoring, and compliance, with rota-based out-of-hours involvement. A degree or HND in Building Surveying and strong IT and communication skills are essential.
