Sendco/Inclusion Lead
Required ASAP: start date September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Rate of Pay: MPS/UPS plus possible SEN allowance depending on experience.
Contract type: 0.8.
We are looking to appoint an experienced SENDCO and Inclusion Lead to join our dynamic team. Alternatively, an experienced teacher may be considered, with support for completion of the National Award of Special Educational Needs Coordination Qualification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate SEND provision across the school.
- Lead inclusive practices and initiatives.
- Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies.
- Monitor progress and review outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as a SENDCO or specialist in special educational needs.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
