Our client, a car dealer group head office, based in Hedge End has the requirement for a Contact Centre Executive to join their high performing team.
Please note, previous Contact Centre experience is not required as full training is provided. This role will suit anyone with an outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manner and the drive to achieve and outperform targets, and a stable career history.
Responsibilities
As an After sales contact advisor your responsibilities will include:Taking “warm” calls from existing customersSecure bookings for Servicing, Repairs & MOTS’sOutbound calling to customer for retention and Feedback of serviceBe knowledgeable about the services availableMaximising every opportunityDelivering the very highest levels of customer service
