Rail Night Operations & Cleaning Manager

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an operational leader to oversee train presentation, cleaning and depot activities across Central London night shifts. You will ensure services meet contractual, safety and quality standards while effectively managing labour, equipment and materials.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will drive continuous improvement, control costs, and maintain high safety culture, working with client stakeholders and frontline teams to achieve KPIs and SLA targets.
