Senior Care Lead – Elderly Care, Flexible Hours

Pilgrims’ Friend Society in Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our residential care home for older people. You will deliver high-quality care, promote residents’ health and wellbeing, and work as part of a dedicated team.

The role requires a health and social care qualification (RQF level 2+), at least 12 months experience in residential care, and the ability to lead shifts while hands-on.
