Night Care Assistant – Dementia Home, Worthing

South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Berkeley Lodge, our dementia specialist home, on night shifts. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week and includes every other weekend, with competitive hourly rates.

You will deliver high-quality personal care, promote independence, assist with meals, and build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Training is provided to support your development in a caring, supportive team.
