Community Physiotherapist | Impactful Care in East London

East London NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Community Physiotherapist (Band 5) to join a dynamic therapy team in East London. You may be newly qualified or experienced and will handle a varied caseload with support from a multidisciplinary group.

You will work in the community and within an MDT to deliver rehabilitation programmes, provide adaptive equipment when needed, and use electronic tools to generate home exercise plans. Ongoing CPD and supervision support are provided.
