Community-Based Youth Re-Engagement Coach

OpenGate Education, based in Liverpool, is seeking a Youth Re-engagement Practitioner to support learners not ready for traditional settings. You will meet young people in homes and communities to build trust, routines and progress toward sustained engagement in learning.

This role focuses on personalised engagement plans, gradual reintroduction to education, and potential reintegration into OpenGate or mainstream settings, with safeguarding as a priority.
