Lead Project Manager – Social Housing Planned Maintenance

WPS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of planned maintenance across occupied social housing. You will manage multiple live workstreams, supervise site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to budget while meeting client expectations.

You will drive health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, reporting progress and managing risks. A full UK driving licence and SMSTS are essential for this role.
