As a ManagementAccountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
✔ Providing statutory andmanagement accounting services to a varied client base✔ Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy✔ Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports✔ Overseeing Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext for clients✔ Supervising and guiding junior staff members✔ Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards✔ Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives
About You:
Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred) Strong experience in management accounting and general practice Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work) Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutes
