SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

One of our Customers is seeking an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC):

Location: UK (hybrid)

Experience: 5+ years

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management and Role-Based Permissions.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, organisational structures and employee data.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support data migration, integrations, SIT, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Strong practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
• Experience in implementation, configuration and support projects.
• Knowledge of EC data models, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows and RBP.
• Experience configuring compensation templates, budgets, guidelines and planning cycles.
• Understanding of data migration, integrations, testing and defect resolution.
