Employee Benefits Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected Employee Benefits team within a leading insurance and advisory business. We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to become part of a successful and collaborative team of consultants that work with an established portfolio of SME clients, providing expert advice across Healthcare and Group Risk arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients
• Provide strategic advice across Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance schemes
• Lead annual renewals and day-to-day client servicing activities
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Identify and secure opportunities for organic growth and new business development
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across consulting, broking, and support functions to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• A minimum of two years’ experience in an Employee Benefits Consultant position
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Group Risk products
• Experience managing and retaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to business development
• A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a supportive team culture

This role is ideally hybrid to their London based office, 1 day per week.
