Operations Lead – First Hire, Scale UK & Europe

Allume UK | SolShare is hiring its first operations hire to shape how we run in the UK and across Europe. You will report directly to our GM Europe and design the rhythm of the business, the reporting cadence, how projects get delivered and how new people join.

You’ll be building, not maintaining, and the role grows as we do. You’ll own commercial operations, people operations and expansion, building processes, milestone tracking, and ensuring alignment with partners and senior leaders.
