Community Mental Health Support Worker – Older Adults

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Support Worker to join the Mental Health Services for Older People Community Team in Selby. You will work with older adults and their carers, providing ongoing support, practical assistance and therapeutic interventions under supervision, in a community setting.

The role requires the Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent, and literacy/numeracy Level 2.
