IT Operations Lead – Secure, Regulated (DV Eligible)

MASS is seeking an experienced ICT Operations Manager in Corsham to lead the delivery, performance and continual improvement of IT operations within a secure, regulated environment. You will drive operational excellence, manage risk, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure services meet customer and organisational expectations.

The role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, strong IT service management knowledge, and eligibility for UK DV clearance.
