Southern Microbiological Services – A Tentamus Company is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead our UKAS-accredited laboratory operations in food and cosmetics testing. You will act as the technical authority on-site, ensuring methodologies and QC align with ISO 17025 and safety regulations.

You will manage a dedicated team of analysts, drive technical projects, and serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, audits, and KPI reporting.
