Flexible Children’s Disability Social Worker

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a motivated Social Worker to join the Children’s Disability Social Work Team. You will work with children, young people and families, undertaking assessments, care planning and interventions to support positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of children in need, children subject to child protection plans and children in care, working with partner agencies to safeguard and promote welfare.
