Front Door Social Worker — Triage & Assessments

Rutland County Council is advertising an exciting 2-year fixed-term Social Worker role within the Adult Social Care Contact and Response Team. The post involves front-door triage, assessment and short-term intervention to adults, with a focus on safeguarding, independence and prevention.

You will undertake Care Act assessments, develop outcome-focused plans and work with health partners to ensure timely support. The role offers development opportunities within a high-performing service.
