Strategic OT Lead for SEND Innovation & Delivery

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Occupational Therapy contribution to the Experts at Hand programme, shaping services across Buckinghamshire in line with SEND reform.

You will provide strategic leadership, deliver innovative OT services, and collaborate with local authorities, the Integrated Care Board, schools and partners to ensure timely, needs-led support for children and young people.
