Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring value and alignment with plan
• Design and facilitate workshops, solve complex problems across propositions and therapeutic areas
• Drive business development by maintaining client engagement, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to proposals
• Lead, manage, and develop consulting colleagues with effective communication and coaching
• Engage externally through blogs, events, and professional networks to support strategic positioning
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve efficiency, delivery, and profitability
• Shape culture by participating in wider projects and initiatives

Key requirements

• Advanced Master’s or PhD degree in a Life Sciences field
• Experience as a life sciences consultant
• Proven ability to lead profitable client projects and deliver client value
• Strong client engagement skills to understand needs and win new business
• Ability to lead and develop others and deliver high-quality outputs
• Commercial acumen to develop commercially relevant solutions and meet revenue targets
• High emotional intelligence for client and team relationships
